Agent-to-agent referral intro email

I'm referring a client to an agent in another state. Write two things:

1. A private email to the receiving agent confirming a [REFERRAL FEE %] referral fee, paid broker to broker under a signed referral agreement we complete before the intro, and how often I'd like updates.
2. A 3-way intro email (me, my client, the receiving agent) covering what the client wants (timeline, price range, property type, areas), why I chose this agent, and next steps.

Receiving agent: [AGENT NAME, BROKERAGE, MARKET, SPECIALTY]
Me: [YOUR NAME], [YOUR BROKERAGE], [YOUR PHONE], [YOUR EMAIL]

Share only what the client agreed I can share, with no personal or demographic details. Don't assume a "standard" fee. Flag state rules on disclosing the fee to the client for me to confirm with my broker.
