How buying works

“View on Etsy” opens the listing in our Etsy shop in a new tab. Etsy takes the payment and delivers the files as an instant download, so we never see your card details. Prices are in US dollars; Etsy may show your local currency and adds any sales tax at checkout. Each purchase is licensed to one agent or one team, so please don't resell or share the files. If a file doesn't open, doesn't work, or isn't what the listing described, message us through Etsy within 30 days of your order and we'll refund you in full (see our terms).

Made with AI, and we say so

Like everything on Newel, these templates were made with AI tools, and each Etsy listing says so. The guides describe homes and the process rather than people, and leave placeholders for your MLS numbers instead of inventing market statistics. No lawyer or broker has reviewed them, so check your brokerage's advertising rules before you share them.
